Daher habe ich einen Klon des Bildbetrachters in C geschrieben, der auf gtk-2 basiert und damit insbesondere unabhängig von der veralteten imlib ist.

Während frühe Versionen ungleich simpler waren, ist pqiv seinem Vorbild mittlerweise in der Featurezahl überlegen.

    So I wrote a clone in C, based upon gtk-2 (which implies that it doesn't rely on imlib).

    While the first versions were really simplistic, the current versions of pqiv are - at least when considering the number of features - superior to it's antetype.
